• Standard delivery timelines: 5–7 business days (may vary by location).
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout.
• Haavya is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• There will be no exchange, return, or refund based on personal preference, liking, or change of mind.
• For any approved exchange or return, one-way shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
• If a refund is approved after return, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Product Appearance

• Slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting or mobile/computer screen settings.
• Minor issues such as:
• A small thread missing
• Slightly bent parts that can be fixed by hand
  will not be considered as damage.

8. Delivery & Shipping

• If the parcel appears opened or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.
• If you do not receive your parcel within 5–10 days, please inform us immediately.
• Delayed intimation will not be the responsibility of Haavya or the courier service.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
